Complete the story with the simple present tense of these verbs


The policeman (have) the bar under surveillance a few minutes before closing time, so he (can) see who (come) out drunk.

The first one out the door at 2:00 o'clock (weave)down the sidewalk, then (fall) on the curb. Sluggishly (get) up, then (try) his keys in five cars before finding his own car.

Once inside his car, he (fumble) with his keys for 2 or 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, all the club patrons (go) into their cars and (drive) away, leaving this one fellow quite alone in the parking lot.

Finally, he (get) his car started and (begin) to very slowly drive away.

Immediately, the police car (be) behind him with lights flashing.

The policeman (ask) the man to take a breathalyser test, to which he readily (agree).

When the reading (be) 0.0%, the policeman (say), "How can this be?"

To which the man (reply), "Because tonight, (be) the designated decoy."
